For today’s episode, Jim is joined by Coach CJ White, Director of Strength and Conditioning and Head Football Strength Coach for Jackson State University. Prior to his time at JSU, Coach White had roles on the strength and conditioning staff at Arkansas State, SMU, and his alma mater, Mary-Hardin Baylor. While at Mary-Hardin Baylor, CJ played Outside Linebacker and Defensive End from 2014-2016. He has been a part of three American Southwest Conference Championships and one Division III National Championship. Coach White graduated from Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2018 with a degree in Exercise Physiology and went on to earn a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Arkansas State University in 2020.
