For today’s episode we sat down with Jared Ka’aiohelo, better known as Coach K, Head Coach at Athlete Inc. in Oklahoma City. Prior to starting Athlete Inc. Coach K has been a strength coach at University of Central Oklahoma, University of Kansas, and Rice University. He is also a former professional football player spending time with the Houston Oilers, Indianapolis Colts, and the Scottish Claymores where he won a World Bowl Championship in 1996.
