Personal development for many years was about fixing myself. Making my weaknesses strengths and trying to find ways to make these negative parts go away. ⁣⁣

I would I keep running around in circles wondering why I couldn’t make it change.⁣⁣

It wasn’t until I truly realised that one emotion doesn’t have to own you. You can feel fear one day and feel fierce in the next. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And neither one needs to be fixed. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Emotions can coexist. You can learn to navigate with them instead of against them.
