Personal development for many years was about fixing myself. Making my weaknesses strengths and trying to find ways to make these negative parts go away.
I would I keep running around in circles wondering why I couldn’t make it change.
It wasn’t until I truly realised that one emotion doesn’t have to own you. You can feel fear one day and feel fierce in the next.
And neither one needs to be fixed.
Emotions can coexist. You can learn to navigate with them instead of against them.
