Outside the Church There is No Salvation
In Matthew 12 we see two teachings juxtaposed: a story of an evil spirit that leaves a person, then returns to that person bringing other spirits; and a teaching that our true mothers and brothers are those that are part of the Family of God. There is a common theme between the two: something will inhabit your life, and something will be your God. Something will be your family, and the only way to be cleansed of evil and death is to enter into the Family of God.
