Seven Deadly Lies: New Creation Now
This lie is all about utopia, and it is built on the premise that the primary reason that God calls people is so they can live in a utopia. This idea is a stumbling block for the church because it denies the fact that we are still living in the fallen creation, where all people are born with a nature to sin. Stumbling into this lie can cause people to become idolatrous and think they have the power to dictate the Kingdom here on Earth rather than trusting Christ to be Lord.
