The last show from Infinite Beat for 2015, this special Thursday night broadcast is a two part episode with a very special guest from New York City. She has been a part of DFA for a very long time, has been a member of LCD Soundsystem and has releases on LIES, Entropy Trax and Nation records. She is the Black Meteoric Star, she is Hail of Arrows, the person in the white jeans in the Crystal Ark. She is Gavin Rayna Russom who has helped shape modern electronic music for us and for the future.
First part is an exclusive dj set from her which features her past influences (like punk band Crass) and her most current ones (from Lena Willikens to Tzusing). Second half of the show is a live set she did here in San Francisco for the celebrated party Hostile Ambient Takeover. It is definitely one of my favorite hardware sets this year. Enjoy.
