Jerisia Lamons is the Director of Career Services at ECTC and a straight up Boss Lady! Her work with students includes assisting them in deciding their major, informing them of essential skills and providing job shadowing experiences. Jerisia is gifted at encouraging and empowering women. She’s a mother, wife and a career professional who gardens and cooks masterfully.
