Today's episode has an almost professional theme to it of talking about anime and anime fan correlation with white supremacy. In doing so, we talk about this disturbing trend within this particular fandom as well as a bunch of anime that we've been watching that we hope can subvert some of these racist ideologies. Shows like Aggretsuko, My Hero Academia, and to a lesser extent Golden Kamuy. Then we talk about Garfield for 10 minutes. What? I said Almost professional.
Some nerds have a podcast is exactly that, a podcast by some nerds, Nick, Alyse, and Alex. In it, we discuss nerdy media such as video games, movies, TV shows, and perhaps even a webcomic or two. Super original I know. But, if you're into that kind of thing, maybe give it a listen.
