I've started preparing this mix on a long train ride to the city where I was born - Ternopil, Ukraine. Over my brief stay in Kyiv, I've been listening to more minimal house and techno which had a large influence on the mix. I love when a few percussion elements and the odd synth frequencies speak to each other and create a natural head nodding groove.
