This morning I had the distinct honour of interviewing my favourite author - Gay Hendricks. Wow. This man has the most amazing energy about him and I am so glad I leapt and asked if he would be open to being interviewed!!!! HE SAID YES!!!
I wanted to get inside his head a little about why people get stuck and how to get unstuck.
A couple of key points I've talked about today on The Coffee Run are:
- sit in a place of wonder
- tap into the FLOW of creativity
- how to get out of imposter syndrome - and that even celebrities deal with this!!!
