This morning I decided to go LIVE on The Coffee Run a little earlier - I have a trip to the hairdressers booked in, and whilst I could go live there.... I find it easier to do these when I'm in my own space!
This morning on The Coffee Run we jammed about how having a WORD (or a couple of words) can provide a really great way of focussing on what you're doing but it also provides you with a lens in which to look through with all of your marketing, imagery and even with your energy and getting into 'state'.
It was helpful for those on the all and it's been helpful for those I've taught this to in the past, so I trust it will be helpful :)
