Jen Lang guides spiritually-conscious women in business to become compelling and confident communicators so they can connect with and grow their community.
She has two main focus-areas in her coaching business: Public Speaking & Communications and Reiki & Sound bowl therapy. Both lend themselves well to group and individual guidance and experiences and there is often over-lap with clients within these two main areas.
Using her training in martial arts, Reiki, and opera singing, she works with the complete person in a method she is developing around embodied communication.
Currently she works with clients in a 1:1 or small group mastermind format around speaking, communication, spirituality, and presence.
Her life theme, in a few key words, would probably include “constantly curious”. She is a life-long learner, but that is closely connected to her curiosity and need to try many different things! She's also a great connector, so she is able to pull together her experiences to provide her clients with a variety of tools and experiences to support their
growth and transformation.
