Julie Beyer is the Founder and Principal at GLOW Chocolate. She studied holistic nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and holds a bachelor degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. Julie’s other passions include cooking (and eating the best of foods!), Vedic astrology, languages, yoga, and getting outside as much a possible in the Pacific Northwest rainforest.
Julie says her recipes are a co-creation with something bigger than her. She has zero training as a chocolatier, chef or anything related, and considers herself more of an entrepreneur, artist and alchemist. Her chocolates are created from divine inspiration, instinct and intuition.
