During Jessie Houlihan’s tenure as president of Stahl, a Minneapolis-based construction company, she more than doubled its total revenue and volume of work, added market share in Minnesota, opened an office in Iowa, and increased the number of services it offers. In 2021, she started her own company, Onyx Strategic Partners, which invests in value-add real estate, develops new units, and does general contracting and consulting.
