Do you feel guilty for resting? Are you afraid of what others' may think if you stop? Do you push yourself until there is nothing left of you? Many of us find our worth in what we accomplish. Or we feel cannot stop until we have reached our goal. We ignore our bodies and push past the point of striving for our goals in a healthy way. In this week's episode, I share a strange experience I had last week and how I learned a very important lesson.
