Rhys and Josh interview Benjamin Gerritz from Cascade AIDS Project about HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections. STIs carry with them tremendous stigma and societal baggage. Much of what people think they know is driven by fear and judgment, or at least ignorance. In this episode, we cover the basics and work to provide a basic overview of STIs for the listener who is new to the topic. Gerritz answers questions about HIV/AIDS and debunks a variety of myths about HIV/AIDs in an educational discussion. Our goal, as always, is to see the person behind the label.
