In this episode I'm in Morocco talking to Monika - the boss lady of a health food concept store and cafe AYASO in the centre of Marrakesh.
Monika tells me about her connection to Ireland, we talk about the Moroccan agriculture, organic farming, olive oil, healthy fresh food and how she tries to educate the Moroccans about healthy eating habits.
We also talk about running a business with her husband and Monika shares a simple and quick seasonal vegan recipe.
