In the final episode of the crazy 2020 I talk to probably the most optimistic and positive woman I’ve ever met, a fellow cold water lover, all year round sea swimmer, blogger and someone I consider my hero, inspiration and a role model – Tricia Roulston.
When Tricia got her brain tumour diagnosis in 2017 she started Tricia’s Big Brain Blog (https://triciabigbrain.blogspot.com) - an account of her journey. She contributes her infectious positivity, her strength and eternal optimism partly to her regular dips in the North Atlantic, which make her feel invincible.
Tricia’s positivity is infectious and her story is a great testament to the power of the sea.
This episode is the perfect end to this year’s series – full of optimism, hope and lots of laughs by the cold and powerful North Atlantic.
