The heart of the problem is a "heart" problem. The reason why the Pharisees could not see Jesus for who he is, and the reason why they were looking for a reason to accuse him and ultimately kill him is because of the hardness of their hearts. The issue isn't about more miracles, or more information. It is about the fact that the Pharisees, like all sinners, need for God to give them a new heart.
