Description

Jesus choosing his disciples tells us a lot about his plan and us. Jesus uses ordinary, flawed people to accomplish his work.
Jesus choosing Judas also tells us a lot. It tells us that he can and does use the worst of circumstances and the worst people to accomplish his will. God works all things out for His glory and our good. It also tells us that just because a person identifies as a follower of Christ doesn't make it so. Salvation is about doing what Christ called us all to, which is to repent and believe the Gospel.
