It is easy to follow Jesus when things are good. But what about when the world turns against you? This isn't an academic question, because the persecution of Christians is happening around the world. And, believe it or not, it is on the rise with in the western world and even our own country. Which then leaves us with some important questions. How are we to live with growing hostility toward us because of our faith? How are we to respond to those who would harm us economically, socially or physically because of our commitment to the truth of scripture? How do we glorify God in difficult times? And is persecution a sign of the end?
