Simply put, up until the recording, Will had not schooled himself on "The Wizard of Zone," which was unveiled in its original form over the course of two episodes in L&R's first season on RFB. It's a script Elann wrote when he was 13. And so, it was decided they should both read scenes from the script, which resulted in some rather creative (and some not so creative) character voices and a ton of sound effects spliced in later.
