Candelaria Mota talks to us about growing up in the South Bronx, and how her own family environment and neighborhood ignited her passion to work with youth today. She talks about the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), where she serves as Director of Community Impact and the work they do to care for families and children. Candy also serves on the board for the Family Pride Network and enjoys serving her Columbus community.
