Professor Frederick Aldama, LASER Program Director, and I talk about Latinx comics and his latest edited collection, Tales from La Vida: A Latinx Comics Anthology. This Fall of 2018 Aldama received the Will Eisner Comic Industry Award in the category of Best Academic/Scholarly Work for his book, Latinx Superheroes in Mainstream Comics.
