Sonia BasSheva Mañjon is currently the Executive Director for LeaderSpring in Oakland, CA, an organization with a focus on leadership development where she incorporates discussions on racial equity and social justice as systems that impact our work environment. Before that, she lived here in Ohio for a few years and was an Associate Professor of Arts Administration, Education and Policy, at The Ohio State University.
