In this lesson Sheikh Ibrahim El-Shafie speaks about the congregational prayer, he explains about the cases when the congregational prayer is performed. The majority of scholars said “the congregational prayer is a communal obligation”. Other scholars said like imam Shuja^ said “the congregational prayer is an emphasised Sunnah”. Sheikh gives examples when the prayer is rendered invalid and how to avoid this. Before ending the Lesson Sheikh Ibrahim explains the easiest way to find the direction of Makkah and the direction of the prayer.
