Sheikh Ibrahim El-Shafie talks about the virtues of Muharram. Muharram is the first month of the Islamic Lunar Year and it contains a special day known as ^Ashura’ (the 10th of Muharram). On this day many things occurred and they include; Allah accepted the repentance of Prophet Adam, Prophet Noah being saved on the ark, Prophet Musa saved from the tyrant Pharaoh and the martyrdom of Imam Al-Hussein.
