Then he continues on how to determine the new lunar month, the best events throughout the year and in the nation of Islam and finally discussing the 15th night of Sha^ban in detail and the merits of the night. Sheikh also emphasises that making supplication does not change the Will of Allah, rather, one is asking Allah to change their situation.
