Earlier today I talked with Susana Millman who was the unofficial photographer for the Grateful Dead about her new book, Alive With The Dead. Susana and her husband Dennis McNally will be holding a conversation tomorrow night (11/17) ahead of the Dark Star Orchestra show at the State Theatre.
