Þorkell Máni Viðarsson aka Thorkell Máni was born and raised in Garðabær, a suburb town to Reykjavík (Iceland). In 2014, he was exposed to Ableton, at the same time he was discovering the house & techno scene in Reykjavik. Invoke by the sound, his productions took direction.
It wasn't until 2016 when he laid hands on decks & quickly started playing at after-parties which lead him to perform warm-ups for local DJs veterans. Also, he joined and started co-hosting a radio show at Kiss FM Iceland with the well-established DJ collective Vibes.
Since then he's shared a stage with names like Henning Bear, John Acquaviva, Dubfire, Exos, DJ Yamaho, Nitin, Tiesto & more. Through the years he's been carefully shaping his sound and studying audio engineering. Early in 2019, he released a track on VA EP at Bla Bla music.
And in 2020, he released a 4 track EP on Artefax Movement. Hit play and enjoy the journey!
