We are back in fine form this week listeners! Today we welcome a special guest to join us for 3L Thursdays - Tom Cooney. Tom has a stoke for coffee unlike many we've met before. He was one of the first people to jump on the website and buy the Aussie Coffee from Billy and Ouida we released earlier in the year and today he popped in just because he want to pull shots on our decent. He has worked for some great coffee businesses such as 3fe in the UK and currently coffee supreme. This talk is quite diverse and we manage to cover Toms history in coffee, the complicated world of what some may call “Free Machinery,” The future of coffee and current state of technology in coffee brewing.
