Mirit is an elderlaw lawyer and a Gerontologist and owns a private law practice. Her practice focuses on helping mainly senior citizens to stay in control when they reach significant junctions in their lives. This includes helping them with their estate planning by preparing wills, enduring power of attorney, pre-nups and financial agreements for a second marriage, trusts and advising on estate and tax issues relating to people who have dual citizenship.
She is a member of the Global Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and lectures on the importance of Estate Planning. In addition, I have a podcast called “Golden Topics, Significant Crossroads for Seniors”, where I discuss with other professionals- that work /help/advise elders on critically important elder issues that directly impact their lives.
