With the Incredible String Bandits unavailable and DuDornicate missing, Marion Monroe has to act alone in her quest to track the rogue professor down. Until she receives an urgent phone call. Meanwhile, TCP’s group receives an invitation to perform at Halloween on the magical Hill of Uisneach. A time when the portal briefly opens to the Netherworld. Marion’s disquiet grows on hearing this news.
