Description

For more than 600 years, Christians have embraced a meditative practice called the Stations of the Cross, designed to prompt earnest and deep reflection on the passion, love, sacrifice, and grace of Christ depicted in the final moments of His life and death. Each of these stations captures a different portion of the scriptural depiction of Christ's last hours.

To participate in this practice with Christians around the world and throughout history, we at Midtown have commissioned local artists and artisans to reflect on each of these stations and creatively express them in visual form, accompanied by an audio reading of each of the biblical passages that accompany the stations here. You can listen to the readings on your own if you are unable to attend the art show, or listen to them as you proceed through the entire experience.

We encourage you to take these few minutes to reflect on the work of Christ on the cross and what it means for you today!
