We all know that listening, reading, or hearing someone’s words is not the same thing as DOING what someone says. So why is it that so many of us in the church think that coming to church to hear the word of God is the same thing as doing the word of God? Why have we confused listening to the word of God with doing the word of God. Because just like it is in the world, hearing and doing are 2 fundamentally different things according to our passage today.
