The Boy Scouts drop the word "boy" from their namesake scouting program in an effort to be more inclusive as more and more girls join their ranks. Doc is done with the Scouts after the move, and explains that sometimes segregation by gender is appropriate. This move stinks as an attack, and removes yet another place where boys can be boys.
