H A A N A • P E O N Y [@haanapeony, Berlin|GER] stands for more than just eclectic indie-dance soundscapes—she embodies attitude, conviction, and messages that extend far beyond the music itself. Her energetic sets draw from the diverse world of Indie Dance, using the stage as a platform to create visibility, spark conversations, and open spaces where equality is nurtured and topics like menstruation are openly addressed.
For Haana, club and festival culture are inherently political. Events are not only spaces for celebration, but also opportunities to inspire change. She combines her skills as a teacher with her artistry as a DJ in the collectives @femquency and @Planetdisbluthek working to empower, amplify self-determination, and increase representation.
