Nadelle is the 2019 Face of the Caribbean Carnival after she entered a contest of many applicants, explain what carnival represented to them and she won. Nadelle has travelled in the Caribbean, States and here. She explains what will be expecting for the parade in 2019 (soca music and lots of Carribean food!). The parade is August 3rd.
