You never know what you're going to get when you get a rock star out of bed first thing in the morning for a phone interview. You know, late nights, groupies, cocaine and hash, trashing hotel rooms.... okay, nobody does that anymore (sad). Zakk Wylde at 9am in L.A on phone could be a disaster but it wasn't. He was softspoken as you would imagine him to be at that time of the day - certainly not rabble rousing Zakk we talked to the in the past.
Wylde is out promoting the new BLS dvd/cd UNBLACKENED. Its not an unplugged album but one with alternate versions of their songs with acoustic elements added to chaos. It's as if they took their foot off the pedal for a moment.
