Description

May 8th, 2016, runners all over the world, including myself will be taking off on foot to raise awareness of spinal cord injury.

Taking place at 34 different locations around the world at the same time, the Wings for Life World Run is the largest global running event ever undertaken. Athletes and amateurs alike keep running as the Catcher Car – which will set off 30 minutes after the last runner crosses the start line – chases down and passes all of the runners. The last male and female runners to be caught by the cars are crowned the champions.

I will not be the last one caught, I guarantee that. But I have been training for the last few weeks for this run. It's going to be a lot of fun and it's for a great cause. I caught up with my celebrity coach Will Gadd to introduce myself and get some tips leading up to the race. Check it out.
