The Shared Lives scheme offers help to vulnerable adults in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole on a long or short-term basis enabling them to live in a home setting and providing them with the support they need.
Shared Lives carers offer support to adults with a physical or learning disability, mental health need, older people or those who had previously been in care offering a break to families and carers.
