At the March 11, 2020, Newtown Township Board of Supervisors meeting, a Toll Brothers conditional use application to build a “cluster” of 45 homes in the Conservation Management district located at Twining Bridge Road and Route 413 was brought up for a possible vote by the Board.
Several members of the public, including Joyann Charlton, who lives on Twining Bridge Road adjacent to the proposed development, spoke up in opposition to the plan.
This podcast is a collection of audio clips mainly of Ms. Charlton’s comments with additional comments from Dave Sander, the township solicitor. You can hear additional comments from other residents here: https://www.johnmacknewtown.info/resvtoll.html
