Really excited about this new series, I've been wanting to do this one for a long time. Of course, this is from my perspective only and there is a lot more to being a facilities manager than what I explain here, but this is going to be filled with tips, tricks, advice, and ideas on how to maintain facilities and vendor relationships in the facilities industry.
I make no claims to know everything so if there is something I miss or need to be corrected on, please comment and let me know. My knowledge stems strictly from my experience with facilities directors across the country. I've seen what works, and what doesn't.
Keep in mind that I run an HVAC/R cooking equipment repair company so that's been the majority of my topics. Subscribe if you want to see more! Thanks everyone!
