Romans 1:6 among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ;
Paul recognized his readers in Rome who were believers in Jesus were “the called of Jesus Christ.“ They were called out of the domain of darkness into the kingdom of God‘s beloved Son. Paul identified them with all God has saved and called. In 2 Timothy 1:9 glorifying God, “who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.”
If we believe in Jesus, we are the “called of Jesus Christ. Called into salvation through the gospel of God, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood (1 Pet.1:2). You are the beloved of God. Rejoice and bless God today.
