On 23 March 2020, I went into 🔒 with the rest of Britain and I’ve remained isolated from family, friends and work colleagues for over 12 weeks. I’ve been lucky in that I’ve been working from home all that time but there is a cost to your mental health and well-being.
This mix illustrates some of the crazy, dark and at times fearful places my mind has taken me. This is not my usual style of music but it is a manifestation of the impact 🔒 had on my mental health and my well-being.
