Think about this... by splitting up time on traditional rentals into smaller chunks and AirBNB'ing or VRBO'ing them there is extra profit to be made. By splitting up spaces on traditional rentals into rooming housing there is extra profit to be made. What if you could sub split short term rentals for profit???
