I sat down and had the pleasure of speaking to the owner and executive chef of one of Sacramento's most beloved dining establishments. We talked about food, business, Tacos and the coveted awards that Chris and his establishment have received. With Sacramento being the farm to fork capital of the world, it was nice to make a new friend and talk about the wonderfully diverse and eclectic scene that Sacramento has to offer.
The DJ mix this month comes from everyone's favorite up front dancing DJ. Austin is not only someone that talks the talk, but he walks the walk. You can hear him around town laying down proper techno, house and even a little bit of liquid drum n bass.
