Head Coach of the Harford Community College Fighting Owls, Tom Eller is the guest on this Podcast. His team has had some amazing offensive years in the recent past. In 2016, the Owls made the NJCAA World Series and were only a few games away from the National Championship. Last year, (2017) they lead the D1 NJCAA in Home Runs (137), Doubles (159) and Slugging (.684). He discusses his journey to become a coach and approach to teaching hitting. Enjoy!
