Born in Paris of a Haitian mother and American father, Kensaye was raised with music around him. Especially as his father was a multi instrumentalist who performed with African legends such as Salif Keita, Papa Wemba, Bonga and more.
Kensaye started taking music seriously in 2018, and changed his musical direction to be more honest and representative of his identity: Mixing electronic, bass, with his Afro-Carribean roots. Since then, Kensaye has been releasing remixes and original tracks on his Soundcloud regularly as well as hosting his radio show 'Global Tribe' on Keakie & Ness Radio.
Things have proved to be exciting so far, having performed at numerous venues and festivals around the UK as well as Germany. He was also invited as a guest on Worldwide FM, Soho Radio, Reprezent Radio, and his music has been featured on numerous other radio shows around the world.
