"Since relocating from California to Leipzig, Germany, Cordouroy has delved into the ominous and extravagant East German techno scene. There, a synergetic contrast exists between the brutality of industrial landscapes and the ecstasy of contemporary youth culture, which has come to define his sound. Characterized by a driving techno structure infused with notes of trance and classic rave bass lines, he seeks to strike an upbeat balance between heavy and light. This mix is a collection of the sounds that have influenced him during his time in Germany so far."
